Core FEATURES
VisionSync holds your whole plan in one place, gives every initiative an owner, and asks those owners for progress on whatever schedule you set, so when someone wants to know how a goal is doing you can show them instead of going and finding out.
• An owner on every item • Updates on a set cadence • Reports from live data

What VisionSync does
VisionSync is where your strategic plan lives after it’s approved. It holds the plan, the work underneath it, and the record of what moved.
Your structure. Goals, strategies, measures and initiatives, named the way you name them.
An owner on everything. Every initiative carries a name, tasks and a due date.
Progress that calculates. Entered at the initiative level by the people doing the work, normalized across different
targets, rolled up to the goal. Click any number and you land on the person, the date and the comment behind it.
Reporting without the rebuild. Reminders go out through Teams, Slack or email. Every view and export reads the same data.

STRATEGic Plan workflow
A plan keeps moving when each piece has someone’s name on it, gets updated on a regular schedule, and shows up somewhere people actually look. Here is how that runs in VisionSync.
01
Plan
Build the hierarchy and name the measures
02
Execute
Assign owners, tasks and dates
03
Measure
Collect updates on a cadence
04

FEATURE 01 · Plan structure
Goal, Strategy, Objective, Initiative, or whatever your plan happens to call them. You can rename any level, add levels if your structure runs deeper, and the bottom level is where progress gets entered.

FEATURE 02 · Initiative execution
Each initiative carries the person responsible for it, the tasks underneath it, and the review period it reports into, and RACI roles cover everyone else who contributes without owning the thing outright.

Reduce avoidable readmissions

FEATURE 03 · Progress roll-up
Progress gets entered down at the initiative level by the people connected to the work. VisionSync normalizes targets into comparable percentages before rolling them up, so any goal can lead you right back to the person, date and comment behind it.
FEATURE 04 · Automated updates
VisionSync emails each owner when their update is due and again if it goes overdue. They put in a percentage, pick a status and leave a comment explaining the number.

Survey of the downtown corridor is done and three blocks are rebuilt. Waiting on the spring paving schedule before we can commit to the rest.
FEATURE 05 · SEE YOUR PLAN IN DIFFERENT WAYS
It’s the same plan every time, just shown differently, because somebody working through their own handful of items and somebody scanning the whole organization are looking for different things.

Questions
What does VisionSync do?
VisionSync is strategy planning software. It holds the plan, connects initiatives to goals, assigns ownership, collects progress on a cadence and reports the result to leadership, boards and accreditors.
Can we use our own strategic planning terminology?
Yes. VisionSync supports configurable frameworks and hierarchy levels, so teams can use terms that match their established planning process.
How does VisionSync track performance across departments?
Initiative updates can be viewed through organizational rollups and filtered reporting. Custom tags also connect work across departmental and strategic hierarchies.
Does VisionSync send automatic progress reminders?
Yes. Email reminders help initiative owners submit updates for upcoming and overdue reporting periods.
Can we report against an accreditation standard?
Yes. Initiatives can be tagged against a standard or criterion and filtered to it, so the same plan data serves internal review and an external submission without maintaining two versions.
What can PulseIQ do with our strategic data?
PulseIQ helps users ask questions, analyze progress and create summaries. It works from a private knowledge base, and access depends on VisionSync configuration.
Does VisionSync integrate with existing systems?
VisionSync offers a public API and integrations with Microsoft Teams and Slack. MCP support is currently focused on AI Writing Assistant capabilities.
How does VisionSync support accessibility and security?
VisionSync includes role-based access, enterprise SSO and accessibility improvements aligned with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Request current documentation for procurement.
What does VisionSync cost?
Pricing is annual and scoped by the number of people who need access. See the pricing page for current tiers.
A walkthrough runs through the framework, the update cycle, the dashboards and the reporting, and we can set it up around the way your plan is already structured.
