VisionSync didn't start in a pitch deck. It started inside the University of Nebraska Medical Center, an academic medical center with a genuinely complex strategy to run and no tool that could actually run it. So the team built one, refining it over the better part of a decade by connecting real goals to the real people responsible for them and testing it against the institution's own work. By the time it became a company, it had already been proven where it counts, in daily use and at scale, inside the institution that created it.

In 2023 we licensed that technology through the UNeMed/UNeTech Institute and brought it to market, so other institutions could use what a demanding one had already made work. It spread across the University of Nebraska System's four campuses, then to universities like Pittsburg State, into healthcare, and into civic work with partners like the Greater Omaha Chamber and the City of Omaha. In 2025 we deepened the partnership again, licensing the University of Nebraska's own performance review system to become ValueSync360. Today people across higher education, healthcare, and government run their strategy on VisionSync, and we still work the way we started, alongside the institutions doing the work rather than at a distance from them.
