PRICING & PROCESS

Priced around your rollout, not a checkout page.

Every engagement gets scoped with you rather than picked off a shelf. There’s an implementation with your team’s training built into it, platform access sized to however many people actually update the plan, and single sign-on if your IT group wants it. We’ll walk through the real figures together.

YOUR QUOTE HAS THREE LINES

01

Implementation & training

Paid once based on seat tier. Configuration, moving your plan over, certifying your admins, workshops for the people who’ll live in it.

02

Platform access

Monthly, set by the user tier you land in. Count everyone who’ll have a login, including view-only roles.

03

SSO / SAML — optional

A one-time integration fee, usually folded into the implementation so it’s one line on the PO.

Find your seat tier

Drag to roughly how many people will need a login — owners, contributors and the leaders who read the dashboards. Tiers are set once a year, not metered month to month.

Everyone gets their own login, no sharing. Move up at renewal without rebuilding anything.

UNDER 50
Team

One plan, one department, a handful of owners who all know each other. Guided setup and a group training session.

UP TO 100
Department

Multi-year plans that need to roll up, owners across functions, and a quarterly review that has to hold together.

100+
Institution

Board-ready reporting, accreditation evidence pulled without a scramble, SSO, and a success manager who knows your calendar.

250+
System

Multi-campus or multi-entity structures where each unit plans its own way but leadership still needs one view.

IMPLEMENTATION

What the first month looks like from your side of the table

Nobody hands you a login and wishes you luck. A named implementation lead runs this with you, and everything below is covered by the one-time fee.

“We launched our new strategic and economic development plans using VisionSync — from contract to full adoption in just 30 days. The onboarding was seamless, and our first board report showcased our progress in a new light.”

FIRST WEEK

We learn how you actually plan

· We read the plan you already have, however it’s written

· Whoever really owns each piece gets named out loud

· You leave with a dated schedule and one point of contact

CONFIGURATION

Your plan moves in

· Goals, KPIs and initiatives migrated out of the spreadsheets

· Departments, permissions and rollups built to match your org chart

· SSO and directory sync wired up with your IT group, if in scope

· You get a sandbox with your real plan in it for testing

TRAINING

Everyone learns their own part

· Admin certification for the people who’ll run the system

· Owner workshop on updates, evidence and cadence

· Recordings and a one-page guide stay with you

GO LIVE

The plan starts reporting on itself

· Owners update on the plan rhythm, with automated reminders doing the chasing

· Leadership pulls an executive summary instead of requesting one

· Quarterly check-ins start, and stay for as long as you’re with us

Support isn’t a tier

Email and in-app help, quarterly check-ins and every product update are part of platform access. There’s no premium queue to buy your way into.

Training that survives turnover

Role-based workshops during the rollout, recordings you keep, and a refresh session each year for new staff and the next planning cycle.

SSO on your IT team’s terms

SAML with Okta, Entra ID, Shibboleth or Google, scoped once with your identity group for a one-time fee — nothing recurring.

FAQs buyers actually ask

Why isn’t pricing on this page?

Because scope is most of the cost. A single per-seat number would misprice a twenty-person chamber and a four-campus system at the same time. We share full figures on the first call, in writing.

How do we know which seat tier we’re in?

Count everyone who’ll have a login, including the leaders who only read dashboards. If you land near the edge of a seat tier we’ll tell you which side you’re on and why before anything is signed.

Can we phase the rollout by department?

Most larger institutions do. We start with the units that are ready and move your band as more people come online.

Are there public-sector or nonprofit rates?

Yes — higher education, health systems, municipalities and 501(c)(3) organizations. Mention it on the call and it’s applied to the quote.

Can you get through our security and accessibility review?

We keep a current VPAT and build to WCAG 2.1 AA, so your accessibility review has something real to work with instead of a promise. Access is role-based and we support SSO, which means people see what their role should see and IT keeps control of provisioning.

How much of our team's time does this take?

About 8 to 16 hours total across everyone involved, spread across an 8 to 12 week implementation. Leadership spends 2 to 4 of those hours on plan review and org mapping, and your planning team carries the rest in configuration sessions. We handle the setup, the configuration and the training around that. IT only gets involved for initial procurement and SSO, otherwise we handle the rest.
